Refund Policy

If you would like to initiate a refund please complete our support ticket form with an explanation of why you are seeking a refund, your order number, email address used at check out, and your full name. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove the refund. Allow up to 3 days for our team to process your request.

Refunds will only be processed within 30 days of your order placement date. So be sure to initiate a refund within that 30 day window.

We do not offer any physical returns of products at this moment.

Damages

Wendyne.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Alternatively, send us an email at info@wendyne.com for a refund on a damaged item following the instructions above.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by completing our support ticket form

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
