The answers are inside you

Our inner world creates our outer world reality. We find the answers to everything when we are still and go inside. There, we’ll find our connection to Source, hear the voice of our soul, and turn on the power to heal.

We must release the trauma stored in the body

Trauma lives in the human brain and body in the now, causing painful patterns to be re-enacted over and over again. We can release this old energy through embodiment therapies and altered states of consciousness, enabling the creation of new neuro-pathways, which open the door to a higher consciousness.

We must go beyond a diagnosis to truly heal

We must embrace the transpersonal- a consciousness beyond our personal human identities and focus on our authentic real Self, on one’s inherent wholeness and purity rather than solely on pathologies and diagnosis.

We honor the cycles of Nature of continual death and rebirth

Human beings like nature, are in a continuous cycle of evolution and growth-  death and rebirth of our psyche over and over again as we move toward wholeness and purity.  Healing includes consciousness of these cycles and our original birth pattern with a knowing that we are always right on schedule.

We must create safe & sacred Community for our healing space

When we work with other people in a community of like mindedness, we are able to reconnect with love, transform our childhood wounds, re-program our brain and  learn to trust again.  Healing in community works in ways that no other model can accomplish.
