Transpersonal Principles and the Neuroscience of Recovery
I will be teaching: Transpersonal Principles and the Neuroscience of Recovery - 20 CE hrs
Application of transpersonal principles and neuroscience for recovery; more than a 12 step approach to healing and transformation of addiction; students receive a deeper understanding of addiction and an honoring of human beings caught in the addiction process. Imagine Recovery Professional Training is a specialized training for those interested in mentoring and working with the Imagine Recovery Addiction Transformation Process. These classes also count toward hrs. and classes for the Florida Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) through the Florida Certification Board; and Continuing Education for Florida Mental Health Professionals through the Florida Department of Health for Marriage and Family Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Social Workers (#BAP743-Exp.2019). The full Training consists of 6 classroom/webinar learning modules *and additional modules for internship and supervision. Each module is one month in length and will be taught live on Tuesday evenings 5:15-7:15pm in Soulville Center, Stuart, Fl and/or through the on-line/web broadcast.
Distance learners may apply for this training and can do much of the coursework from anywhere around the world; with an experiential requirement of 3 Weekend Intensive workshops during the 6 month training.
*Participants will be assisting in the Imagine Recovery Transformation Process simultaneously during the training as part of the required internship.
Completion of The Imagination Process is desired and may be a pre-requisite. Each student study plan and course of work will be INDIVIDUALIZED according to prior work, healing, transformation and education. Tuition for each module is $250.
